We're a small practice run entirely by psychologists — which means when you reach out, you're speaking directly with a trained psychologist, not administrative staff. There's no separate intake team; the person who reads your message is the same kind of person who'll be helping you.
The trade-off is that our psychologists are usually with clients during the day, so phone calls aren't always able to be answered in the moment. To make sure nothing gets missed, we ask that you reach out by email or the form on this page in the first instance. We check messages regularly and respond promptly — and where a phone conversation would help, one of our psychologists will call you back to talk through what you need and how we can best support you.
