Catherine Gaussen
CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST
I specialise in Schema Therapy and have spent the last seven years training extensively in this approach, allowing me to offer a deep, well-grounded understanding of how early experiences shape patterns in adulthood.
I believe the relationship between psychologist and client is central to therapy, and I am collaborative, non-judgemental and compassionate in my work.

I offer a warm, open and non-judgemental space where you can feel safe and heard. I'm a registered Clinical Psychologist with more than a decade of experience across mental and physical health settings in Australia and the United Kingdom, spanning government, private practice and the NHS. I have a particular interest in supporting people through difficult life changes, trauma and grief, adjustment to physical health conditions, and stress, burnout and workplace-related difficulties.
